An open house will be held Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. for persons to provide public comment on the routing of a 115,000-volt electric transmission line to serve the electrical needs of a new, crude oil pipeline being planned in Loup Valleys Public Power District’s service area. The open house will be held at the Legion Club in Petersburg.
