The family of Betty and Lyle Mackel are hosting a Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary Open House in their honor this Sunday, August 2, 2009.
The open house will be held from 2 to 4 pm at the Elgin Community Center. They request no gifts please.
Lyle and Betty were married on September 15, 1959 at St. John’s Church in Petersburg.
Their family includes children, Cheryl and Dave, and Dale and Theresa as well as seven grandchildren.
