Finding small-scale renewable energy resources ranging from wind and solar to methane for the generation of electricity is the thrust of a new Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) for customers served by NPPD Retail and NPPD Wholesale Customers.
