2. All parties in possession of the real estate, real names unknown, designated herein as John Doe and Mary Doe, Husband and Wife;
3. All parties having any interest in said real estate legally described as the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 24 North, Range 8 West of the 6th P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska; and All of Lot 6, in Block 3 in Whitehouse and Ballah’s Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, in Township 23 North, Range 7 West of the 6th P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska if any, including but not limited to creditors and lienholders, real names unknown, designated herein as Robert Doe and Jane Doe, Husband and Wife,
You are hereby notified that Anna H. Dunbar, Co-Trustee of the J. Lorraine Huffman Real Estate Trust has filed a petition in the District Court of Antelope County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 16-42, the object of which is to partition real estate legally described as follows:
Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 24 North, Range 8 West of the 6th P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska; and
All of Lot 6, in Block 3 in Whitehouse and Ballah’s Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, in Township 23 North, Range 7 West of the 6th P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska
To preserve any interest which you may have, you are required to answer on or before the 18th day of November, 2016.
