Northeast Community College will host the 33rd Annual Northeast Nebraska All-Star Basketball games in the Cox Activities Center in Norfolk on Friday, June 17. The girls’ game will tip-off at 6 p.m. with the boys’ game to follow at 8 p.m.
Leading the list of players scheduled to play on the Girls’ Dark Team is Wolfpack standout Jenna Parks.
As a senior, Parks led EPPJ in scoring and rebounds as the Wolfpack reached the district finals this year.
Other members of the Girls’ Dark Team include: Dawn Klabenes, Chambers/Wheeler Central; Kate Knobbe and Katey Brown, Guardian Angels Central Catholic; Tarrin Beller, Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family; Sydney Hupp and Riley Sibbel, St. Mary’s; Augusta Thramer, South Sioux City; Amanda Hansen, West Point-Beemer; and Danielle Wieseler, Wynot. Coaches are Traci Berg, St. Mary’s, and Robb Koerting, Hartington Cedar Catholic.
