AMH Adds New Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practicioner

Antelope Memorial Hospital welcomes the addition of Lindsey Badertscher, PA, to its medical staff this summer. Originally from Tecumseh, Badertscher is a 2009 graduate of Johnson County Central High School.
She attended Wayne State College, graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. She is currently enrolled in the Physician Assistant Program at Union College in Lincoln.
In May, she will graduate and take her boards. On June 20, she will begin practicing at AMH.
“One of the reasons that I chose to come to Antelope Memorial Hospital was because I really wished to work in a small town,” said Badertscher.
“It is my intent to develop personal relationships with my patients and I’ll be able to do that here. Plus, AMH and its staff are very progressive and welcoming. Working in the clinic, emergency room and hospital will allow me to continue to learn and grow my skills as a provider. I am truly excited to be joining the AMH team.”
Lindsey’s parents are Scott and Laurie Badertscher of Tecumseh.
Laurie is employed at Johnson County Central Schools as an administrative assistant. Scott is employed with Sampson Construction.
Lindsey has two younger brothers, Grant and Garret.
Grant is a sophomore at UNL, majoring in finance. Garret is a freshman at SCC in Milford, enrolled in the electrical program. Lindsey’s hobbies include spending time with family and friends, trying new Pinterest recipes and watching sports — especially the Huskers.
This summer, Badertscher looks forward to providing medical care for patients of all ages at the AMH Family Practice Clinics. For an appointment, call (toll-free) 877.887.5440.
