Parks Named Second Team All-State Class C2 By OWH

The Omaha World-Herald recognized the play of Wolfpack senior Jenna Parks and several teammates.
The state’s largest daily newspaper, the World-Herald recently announced their all-class teams.
Parks, who averaged 15.2 points per game in helping lead the Wolfpack to a 19-8 record was named to the Class C2 All-State Second Team.
During a stellar senior season, she became the all-time girls Wolfpack leading scorer. According to Coach Randy Eisenhauer, she started every game in her high school career.
Joining her on the second team were Kate Knobbe, West Point GACC;  Dacey Nelson, Oakland-Craig; Tarrin Beller, Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family; and Leah Meyer, Superior.
Named to the paper’s C2 First team were Monica Arens, Crofton; Shandra Farmer, Hastings St. Cecilia; Hiliary Huss, Stanton; Kelsey Sanger, Crofton; and Katey Brown, West Point GACC.
Parks also earned second team honors from Huskerland Prep. By virtue of their play during the season, Baylee Wemhoff, Allyson Wemhoff and Liz Selting received honorable mention from the Omaha daily newspaper.
