Notice is hereby given that the Antelope County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to review a variance application submitted by Duane Childers for the proposed construction of a grain bin located in the NE 1?4 of 31-24-8, Antelope County Nebraska. The proposed grain bin does not meet the setback distance required by the Antelope County Zoning Regulations. The hearing will be held Monday, March 21, 2016 at 10:00 am in the basement meeting room of the annex of the Antelope County Courthouse in Neligh Nebraska.
The application may be examined in the office of the Antelope County Clerk or Zoning Office during normal business hours at any time prior to the public hearing. All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Antelope County Board of Adjustment provided such written comments are received by the Commission prior to the close of business, March 17, 2016. Written comments may be mailed to: Antelope County Board of Adjustment, 501 M Street, Rm. 8, Neligh NE 68756.
