Antelope County, School District #18 and the City of Elgin all saw valuation increases.
Antelope County Assessor Kelly Mueller released valuation figures earlier this week.
Antelope County’s valuation rose more than $301 million in the past year. The new valuation for the county was set at $2,605,435,071. One year ago the valuation was $2,304,294,913.
At School District #18, the total valuation was set at $722,761,812. That breaks down to $659,870,268 (Antelope County), $18,241,116 (Wheeler County) and $44,650,428 (Boone County). The school district’s valuation rose by more than $99 million from one year ago.
For the City of Elgin, the 2015 valuation was set at $31,273,076, up by more than $1.6 million from one year ago.
