AKSARBEN Foundation announces 35 recipients of the Good Neighbor Award. Since its inception 71 years ago, this program has been recognizing the good deeds of groups and individuals from across the Heartland. The 35 recipients represent 22 counties. Recipients will receive a certificate and a pin at their local county fair this summer.
