Chairman opened meeting.  Notice of meeting published as required by statute.
A complete record of these minutes as well as all resolutions and agreements are on file at the County Clerk’s Office and are open to the public.
Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Schindler, Williby, Kerkman, Henery and Schwager.
Reviewed correspondence.
Met with Antelope County Librarians regarding interlocal agreement and their annual funding.
Met with Laney Ferguson of North Center District Health Department regarding Responsible Beverage Training.  No action.
Approved minutes of the Board of Equalization from March 10, 2015 and  April 17th, 2015 Public Hearings.
Approved underground permit for a pipeline under 850th Road.
Reviewed four applications for County Treasurer.  Interviews to be held on June 9, 2015.
Met as Board of Equalization for a public hearing to approve Permissive Exemption for Clearwater Chamber of Commerce Building.
Approved 8 tax list corrections as submitted by the assessor.
Approved 6 resolutions for re-grading and graveling various roads added to the One and Six Year Project.
Brian McDonald to study a bridge 1 mile south and 3 miles east of Elgin.
Met with and approved Marlin Conry, Invenergy regarding Road Agreement Amendment to include new project sites and upgrading of additional roads per original agreement.
Met with Dariusz Stachowiack, Wanzek Construction, regarding temporary bridge expansions on two bridges in Southeastern Antelope County.  Approved.
Discussed maintenance of the various county roads Invenergy is utilizing and their upkeep.
Mr. Ed Knott and Mr. Bill Rahder gave an update of the panic buttons being installed at the courthouse.
Discussed with Mr. Knott and Mr. Rahder security system in the courthouse.  No action.
Approved Fractured Critical Bridge Inspection Resolution.
Approved Supervisor Schwager for member of the North Central District Health Board.
Discussed commodities and the future location.  Tabled.
Discussed Road Employees working on Saturdays.
Approved Fund Transfers.
Discussed various general personnel issues including hours and hourly wages, sick leave benefits, employee reviews, policies and procedures, holidays, etc.
Various elected officials met with the Supervisors regarding current policies and employee handbook.  It was approved to have NIRMA review and update policy manual.
