The Culpepper & Merriweather Circus is coming to Elgin!
On Tuesday, July 28, the circus will be back in town to entertain kids of all ages. Sponsoring the circus will be the Elgin Ko-Ed Group (EKG).
According to Michael Moser, there will be a summer reading program at the Elgin Public Library where kids can win tickets to the circus AND stop by the Bank of Elgin to guess how many jelly beans are in the jar to win kids tickets also!
Tickets will be on sale in the near future.
