Funeral Services for Helen Burbach age 77 of Neligh were held Thursday, May 7, 2015 at St. Francis Catholic Church with Father John Broheimer, officiating.
Music by Jane Ruterbories and Natalie Britne. Pallbearers were Drew Kubo, Adam David Burbach, Cody Rossman, Jake Brinkerhoff Miller, Caleb Payne, Zachary Baker, and Preston Burbach.
Burial was at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Hartington.
Helen passed away surrounded by her husband and children on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Faith Regional Hospital in Norfolk.

Helen Alice Burbach was born on May 19, 1937 to Edna (Arnett) and Charles McFadden in Hartington.
She attended Holy Trinity School in Hartington and graduated with the Class of 1955. She then attended Cosmetology School in Norfolk.
On November 10, 1959 she was united in marriage to Bernard Burbach in Hartington. Helen worked for the airlines in Omaha. In 1956 to 1958 she operated her own Beauty Salon in Hartington known as the Klip and Kurl. 1962 they moved to Crofton where she stayed home to take care of her children. In 1975 they moved to Antelope County. She opened her own daycare. She taught Catechism for many years.
She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church and Altar Society (Rosary Society) and Catholic Daughters. She enjoyed reading, sewing, baking and especially fixing kid’s hair with ponytails and spending time with family.
She is survived by her husband, Bernard of Neligh. Children: Dana Kubo of Norfolk, Charles (Andrea) Burbach of Wayne, Kris (Curt) Rossman of Scottsbluff, Angie Miller of Bozeman, MT, Lisa (Danny) Payne of Neligh, Amy (Tim) Baker of Neligh, Paul (Courtney) Burbach of Norfolk, and Matthew (Meghan) Burbach of Cape Coral, FL., 29 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Sisters: Teresa Noecker of Hartington, Irma O’Gara of Davenport, IA, and Rita Lipinski of Redmond, WA. Sister-in-law, Dickie Burbach of Hartington. Preceded in death by her parents, grandson ? Adam David Burbach. Brothers: George, Gene, Phil and Joe. Sisters: Dorothy McFadden and Mary Rosenbach. Son-in-law, Kim Kubo.
