Heithoff Places 13th At Scotus Invite

COLUMBUS — Wolfpack golfers faced stiff competition Thursday, competing at the Columbus Scotus Invite.
Placed in the Jack Nicklaus Division against much bigger schools, the Wolfpack placed ninth out of 10 teams.
Winning the event was Grand Island CC with an 18-hole team score of 328. Columbus Lakeview took second at 354 followed by Hastings St. Cecilia 360, Waverly 362, West Point 355, York 367, Columbus Scotus 369, Omaha Concordia 375, EPPJ 381 and Loganview 393.
Medalist in the division was Eshan Sood of GICC who shot a 76 (38-38).
Leading the Wolfpack was Kyle Heithoff. The senior shot an 86 (45-41) to place 13th among golfers in his division.
Miles Schrage posted an 18-hole score of 93 (47-46) for EPPJ. Other Wolfpack scores on this day were Chad Bode 97 (50-47), Regan Kerkman 105 (53-52) and Liam Heithoff 106 (53-53).
