PJCC Spring Musical This Friday, Saturday

pjcc-anything-goes-elgin-review-20156959Tap your toes and sing along to the Pope John XXIII Central Catholic High School’s musical production of “Anything Goes”.  “Anything Goes” takes place in 1934 as a group of passengers make their way between New York and England.
The ship carries a load of colorful characters:  Reno Sweeney, a popular nightclub singer and former evangelist, her pal Billy Crocker, a Wall Street broker who has come aboard in hopes of winning the lovely Hope Harcourt (who is engaged to another passenger, Sir Evelyn Oakleigh), and a mediocre conman named Moonface Martin, aka “Public Enemy #13.”
Full of song, dance and all the comedy that goes along with a musical love story, “Anything Goes,” music by Cole Porter, will be sure to entertain!
The musical will be performed at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $7 for adults and just $3 for students in grades K-12.
Tickets can be purchased at the door.
There will be no reserved seating.
