Those responding to roll call: Kerkman, Schindler, Williby, Henery, Brandt, and Schwager. Bolling appeared later.
Loren Haselhorst, representing Christiansen Farms, met with the County Supervisors regarding placement of a temporary hose across 517th Avenue for the purpose of spreading manure.
Gasoline/Diesel Fuel Contracts for Farmers Pride discussed, discrepancy with prices was found. Clarification will be made. Correct contracts signed.
Brian McDonald, Antelope County Highway Superintendent met with the Supervisors regarding Oakdale South Bridge, east of Million Dollar Corner. Discussion held. Project to be advertised for bids.
Discussion held on trees five miles west and two miles north of Elgin blocking intersection (approximate 516th and 840th Road), Tilden Lagoon Road (844th Road, Between Sections 12 & 13), and utility poles on Sargent Irrigation Road (848th Road).

Voted to accept the proposal by Marvin Consulting to update and amend the Planning and Zoning Regulations.
Discussion held on LB106.
Authorized Char Carpenter to attend Flood Plan Administrator’s meeting in Kansas City, Missouri.
Sheriffs January Fee Report was reviewed and put on file.
Voted to accept the Catastrophic Inmate Medical Insurance, Plan 1.
Voted to accept the Tower Lease Agreement with the City of Neligh.
No action on old jail equipment. Tabled till April 7th, 2015 meeting. After old jail vacancy.
Approved RaDec Construction February Payment Order, not approved with February claims.
Approved paying sick and vacation hours for Lisa Payne out of County General Fund.
Authorized County Clerk to advertise for Road & Bridge employee for District Three.
Reviewed bids for a new pick-up for District 6. No action taken.
Reviewed correspondence.
