NOTICE FOR BIDS
The Antelope County Board of Supervisors will accept sealed bids until 9:00 AM, on March 5, 2013 for asphalt oil.  Price should be per gallon.
Purchase of asphalt oil to be delivered to each county shop between July 1, 2013 to October 1, 2013 for the following types of asphalt:  Cut Back: MC-800 and RC-250 a minimum of 35,000 to 40,000 gallons each – more or less; and Emulsion – HFE-150, CRS-2 CRS-1 and CMS1 a minimum of 35,000 to 40,000 gallons each – more or less.
Bids can be brought or mailed to the  Antelope County Clerks office, 501 Main Street, Rm 6, PO Box 26, Neligh, NE  68756-0026 and will be opened at 10:30 AM, on March 5, 2013 in the Antelope County Supervisors room, Antelope County Courthouse Annex.  Envelope should be marked in the lower left hand corner with the wording, “Asphalt Bid.”  The County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Bids may be brought in or mailed to the Antelope County Clerks office, 501 Main Street Rm 6, PO Box 26, Neligh, NE  68756-0026.
Successful bidder will supply the specified product from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014.  Bids will be opened and publicly read on March 5, 2013 at 9:30 AM in the County Supervisors room of the Antelope County Courthouse Annex.
The Antelope County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.  ROAD GRAVEL - Purchase of Road gravel to be bid as follows:  Delivered to each county shop FOB at pit.  ARMOR COAT GRAVEL - Purchase of Armor Coat Gravel to be bid as follows:  Delivered to each county shop FOB at pit (each with a minimum of 500 yards).
All bids must be plainly marked “Gravel Bid” on lower left hand corner of envelope.

NOTICE FOR BIDS
The Antelope County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids until 9:00 AM on March 5, 2013 for Grader Blades and Culverts.
Bids may be brought in or mailed to the Antelope County Clerk’s office, 501 M Street, PO Box 26, Neligh, NE  68756.  Bidders will bid according to the specifications provided by the County Board, bids made on items not listed on the specifications or bids not consistent with the specifications will not be accepted.
Alternate bids for longer wearing blades will be considered.  All bids must be plainly marked “Grader Blade Bid” or Culvert Bid” on the lower left hand corner of the envelope.
Specifications are available at the County Clerk’s office.  Successful bidder will supply the specified product from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014.
Bids will be opened and publicly read at the March 5, 2013 board meeting at 9:45 AM in the County Supervisors room of the Antelope County Courthouse Annex.  The Antelope County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Authorized Sheriff Moore to negotiate the purchase price for the lots south of the Weed Control site with the land owner.

Robert M. Campbell, 78 of Elgin, NE, passed away Monday, February 18, 2013 at his home.
A memorial visitation and coffee was held Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Huffman-Levander Funeral Home in Elgin.
