NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hill Five Enterprises, L.L.C., a limited liability company, is organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska. The company’s registered office shall be at the office of its registered agent, Jeffrey L. Stoehr at 2120 South 72nd Street, 1190 Omaha Tower, Omaha, Nebraska 68124. The general nature of the business is to have unlimited power to engage in and to transact any or all lawful business, other than bank or insurance, for which a limited liability company may be organized under the laws of Nebraska; and to acquire, purchase, lease, or otherwise hold and own, and manage oil and gas interests, or other mineral interests and real property as set forth in the Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement and any and all powers enumerated in the Nebraska Limited Liability Company Act.
The limited liability company was formed on December 27, 2012 and will be perpetual in duration. Its affairs shall be conducted by its co-Managers, Gary L. Bartak and Mary F. Bartak, 50678 846th Road, Ewing, Nebraska 68735, pursuant to an Operating Agreement duly adopted by the Company.

The Antelope County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at the Antelope County Courthouse annex in Neligh, Nebraska, on February 5, 2013 at 9:30 AM for the purpose of presenting and adopting a One and Six Year Road Plan for said governing body. Anyone living within Antelope County, Nebraska, interested in the above notice may appear in person or by counsel and be heard.

Prairie Breeze — Nebraska Power Review Board

In the Matter of the Special Generation Application of Prairie Breeze Wind Energy, LLC, Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, For Authority to Construct a 200-Megawatt Wind Turbine Electric Generation Facility and a 25-Mile Transmission Interconnection Line in Antelope, Boone and Madison Counties, Nebraska.
On January 17, 2013, Prairie Breeze Wind Energy, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Invenergy Wind Development, LLC, filed a special generation application pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. section 70-1014.01(3)(a) requesting approval to construct a 200 megawatt renewable generation facility and related facilities. The related facilities will include a twenty-five (25) mile 230 kilovolt interconnection line. The line will connect the collector system substation to the point of interconnection at the Nebraska Public Power District’s planned 230 kilovolt switchyard near the Village of Meadow Grove. The proposed site for the facility is generally south of the cities of Elgin and Tilden, in Antelope, Boone, and Madison counties, Nebraska. The interconnection line would be generally southeast of the City of Elgin eastward to an interconnection point near the Village of Meadow Grove. The total estimated cost of the project is $360 million. The applicant estimates construction would begin in May 2013.
Notice is hereby given that the Nebraska Power Review Board will hold a formal hearing on February 8, 2013, beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the Liquor Control Commission hearing room, 5th floor, Nebraska State Office Building, 301 Centennial Mall South, Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider the above-referenced application. At that time the Power Review Board will receive testimony and other evidence regarding the construction of the proposed project.
Any interested persons may attend the hearing. Parties wishing to be heard or to protest said application, or in any way participate in the hearing, must file a written Petition for Intervention with the Power Review Board prior to the close of business on February 6, 2013. Any interested parties granted intervention may appear, file objections, and offer evidence regarding this application.
The Board hereby provides notice, pursuant to the Nebraska Administrative Procedure Act, that in the event of a contested hearing, if any party requests that the Board be bound by the formal rules of evidence, all costs of the hearing shall be paid by the party or parties against whom a final decision is rendered. Pursuant to the Board’s rules of practice and procedure set out in Nebraska Administrative Code, Title 285, Chapter 3, section 29.04, if for some reason there is no final decision in a hearing in which a party requested that the Board be bound by the formal rules of evidence, the costs of the hearing will be borne by the parties’ respective contribution to the record, unless otherwise ordered by the Board.

Notice is hereby given that the County Board of Supervisor’s of Antelope County, Nebraska will hold meetings in the County Supervisor’s room in the Antelope County Courthouse Annex, Neligh, Nebraska on the following dates and times:

Meetings will be open to the public. An agenda, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Antelope County Clerk’s office and may be modified at such meeting to include items of an emergency nature pursuant to Section 84-1411 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes.

RE: One and Six Year Street Improvement Plan

TIME: 7:30 P.M.
This public notice is to inform all interested persons that the City of Elgin, Nebraska shall hold a public hearing at the City Hall on the 4th day of February, 2013 at 7:30 P.M.
The purpose of the hearing is to inform the public of the one and six year street improvement plan for the City of Elgin, to allow the city council to hear public testimony in favor of and/or against the proposed street improvement plan and to answer any questions in regards to the proposed plan. A copy of the proposed one and six year plan is on file with the City Clerk, and is subject to the public review and comment.
