The 2009 Young -n- Lively Garden Tour gave flower gardeners — and those who just admire gardens — plenty to view again this year. Approximately 110 ladies and gentlemen picked up their maps and made their way around the countryside and city to view five floral gardens.
Garden enthusiasts took advantage of an opportunity to see some of the area’s finest gardens Wednesday evening as the Elgin Young & Lively Club hosted a garden tour. More than 100 persons from the area and out-of-state toured five gardens. E-R photo
