District Music Contest was held Friday, April 24, 2009 at Boone Central High School in Albion. Elgin Public Schools had 15 entries in the event. It was a positively good day for us. We received 12 Superiors (1), 2 Excellents (2) and 1 Good (3). I had comments from other schools, parents and judges about the enjoyable performances our students had that day. Our students are to be commended for their efforts.
