Elgin Fire and Rescue personnel were called out shortly before 9 a.m. today (January 2) to respond to a fuel truck roll-over southeast of town.
The accident occurred on 535 Road (four miles south of Elgin) and east of Highway 14.
The Elgin ambulance was seen transporting an injured person to Boone County Health Center.
Icy road conditions may have been a factor in the accident.
